Placing
orders on line
Most on line
orders will use credit card as the method of payment, however we
will accept Purchase Orders from Government Agencies,
Universities, previous customers, and many Corporate customers.
Simply choose e-mail as the payment method on the Customer
Detail page when checking out and include the PO number or other
additional information. Of
course, you may also use pricing as you find it on the site and
consider it as a quote, including it on your purchase order form
which you can FAX or e-mail to us. WE VALUE YOUR PRIVACY AND
SECURITY - ALL CONTACT AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS PROCESSED
BY SECURE THIRD PARTY CREDIT CARD PROCESSING COMPANIES. WE WILL
NOT SAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT
DISCLOSED TO ANY ENTITY FOR ANY REASON.
Product Delivery
and Lead Times
Our goal is to
delivery ordered products as quickly as possible - lead times
for our products vary widely. Merchandise ordered before
11 am can
typically ship on the same day otherwise on the following
business day. We will notify you throughout the order process:
Directly after receipt of order, when we process the order and
when we finally ship the product. If you need the information more quickly, or prior
to the placement of an order, please contact us by phone.
Canceling an Order
In the event
that you need to cancel an order placed online, please call
Seguralub Customer Service using the numbers listed under "Contact
Information."
Damaged or Lost
Items
If you
receive cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage
on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a
copy. Once received, keep the original carton, all packing
materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Service
Department using the numbers listed under "Contact Information"
within 10 calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment, or
as soon as you determine that a shipment is lost.
International
Orders
Seguralub
is the main distributor of OILSAFE products in Central and South
America. However, we are licensed to ship to North America as
well. We accept
orders for delivery to addresses within the United States and
its territories, or to any address in Mexico, South and Central
America.
Pricing
All Prices Subject to Change Without Prior Notice. Generally,
the prices reflected in the web shop are official retail prices
for OILSAFE products. You can call us or email us if you would
like to locate one of our local distributors in your area.
Return policy
All orders are assumed to be final. Any returns must be
handled through Seguralub Customer Service using the numbers listed
under "Contact Information" or by e-mail to
sales@seguralub.com.

As a general policy,
no personal information is automatically collected from visitors
to our site. However, certain non-personal information about
visitors is recorded by the standard operation of Internet servers.
Shipping
Only select items are currently available for Next Day Air
Delivery. If expedited shipment is desired, request this in the
text field provided on the order page. You will be notified as
to stock status or drop ship capability as quickly as possible,
and offered various methods of expedited delivery.
Next Day Air and
Second Day Air shipment items must be ordered prior to 11 am.
(Eastern Time) Monday – Friday, pending payment authorization.
Most items listed on
the Seguralub web site will ship within a week after receipt of
order, however some items may have extended lead times. To find
out the exact lead-time for a particular product, contact us
using the numbers listed under "Contact Information" or email
sales@seguralub.com.
Orders placed on
weekends and holidays will be shipped the following week pending
payment authorization.
Product Warranties
Some products
sold by Seguralub come with a limited warranty or software license
provided by a third-party manufacturer or vendor. All
merchandise which does not include a warranty and/or software
license by the manufacturer, vendor, is sold AS IS, without
warranty. Seguralub makes no other warranties of any kind, express
or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose with regard to the merchandise, unless
so indicated in writing. Products which have been subject to
misuse (including static discharge), neglect, accident or
modification, or which have been soldered or altered during
assembly and are not capable of being tested are excluded from
