You are subjected to all

charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict
what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country and you should contact your local
customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from SeguraLub, you are
considered the importer of the goods purchased and must
comply with all the laws and regulations of the country
in which you are receiving the goods.
Generally, customs forms or shipping invoices for
international packages will list the value of your
order's contents by product type.
For shipping of products internationally, you have to be
aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening
and inspection by customs authorities.
Once an order leaves one of our distribution centres, we
are not responsible for order(s) that are delayed
through customs. If you think that your order(s) is
likely to be/has been delayed please contact your local
customs office since we will not be able to track your
package in your home country.

Shipping is based on the weight of the order and the
destination zip code. To find out how much it will cost,
simply add the items you want to your shopping cart and
begin checkout. Enter your address information. Before
you enter any credit card information, it will then
display your shipping options and costs.
Shipping addresses:
You can set up any number of shipping addresses and
decide which one to use. Simply set up a
user
account with us and enter your shipping address
information during the checkout process. When you go to
the web shop the next time you can re-use or enter
entirely new addresses which we will register with your
account.
Delivery time:
Items in stock and ordered before 12 noon CST with DHL
or USPS are normally shipped the same day. Orders
shipping via mail service generally ship the next
business day. If the item is not in stock, you will be
notified with approximate ship date.
Choice of carrier:
Besides the shipping options given in the web shop you
can always send us an email or give us a call to point
to your prefered shipping options. However, orders
proceeding through the web shop are usually quicker than
any custom arrangements.

Signature Requirements for
Delivery

We will be instructing the
shipping companies not to leave packages at the shipping
address without proper authorisation.
The international courier services generally require a
signature when delivery is expedited unless instructed
by receiver otherwise.
It is necessary for you to provide a shipping address
where someone is available to receive and acknowledge
the package.

International Delivery

SeguraLub LLC will not be
responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or
other regulations that apply in countries outside USA.
Kindly check with your customs office for all relevant
information.
Do not order items that are illegal to import into
your/designated country. It is your
responsibility to ensure that your/designated country
permits the shipment of the purchased products into
your/designated country.
We are not responsible to reship or refund for any
purchased product that is lost once shipped out of USA,
rejected, seized or damaged by your customs and/or
relevant local authorities. We are also not responsible
to reship or refund for any product returned to us for
any reason, whatsoever.
Your packages will be subjected to all applicable
customs duties and import taxes of the country to which
you have designated that your package be shipped. Please

Standard Shipping (By Air): Items
typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days (estimate
only) after our acceptance of your order and subject to
custom clearance. Signature upon delivery is required
for all shipments.
Alternate Shipping (By Sea): Due to the
size and weight of our bulkier items, we provide a more
economical way of transporting them to your destination.
Items delivered via sea freight typically arrive at
seaport within 14 to 45 days (estimate) upon departure
of vessel. Shipping charge covers port-to-port delivery
only, and excludes local delivery (from destination port
to destination address).
Signature upon delivery is required for all shipments.
